Hey Everyone, I know last week I did a lot of "thank you's" in my message, but I have to start off by thanking everyone who came out to Folk You! last Saturday at SICA, and special thanks to Joe Canzano, Kimon, Kris and Michelle Vecchione, for their outstanding performances. In other Folk You! news, July will have two Folk You! shows. First on Saturday July 9th we return to SICA with a special show featuring Bruce Tunkel, Chris Pierson, Harvey Moon and John Raido. Then on Tuesday July 26th we return to Hoboken and The Goldhawk, to co-sponsor another Folk You! show with our friends at Jersey Beat (which, by the way, has some great photos from my wedding on it). This show will feature performances by Ya-Ne-Zniyoo, Joe Condiracci and Bobby Strange. And as always, both Folk You! shows are free! In other BlowUpRadio.com news: The main page of the site has been modified. Replacing the "Band Link of the Day" is "Check out this Band", which rotates more band links so that everytime you hit the page a different band link will come up. There will be more changes to the site coming soon. Today also marks the return of The Album of the Week. This week's album is Lanky's "odd hour work week". That about wraps it up for this week.
