Message From Lazlo

Hey Everyone,

This is a big week, election day is tomorrow, we add a Friday afternoon BlowUpRadio.com Live to our webcast schedule, and BlowUpRadio.com's 5th anniversary Folk You! marathon is this Saturday.

~~~~~~~~~~
Don't forget to vote tomorrow. Election day is one of the most important days of the year regardless of whether we are voting for the president, govenor, or the guy in charge of waste management. But ignorance is not bliss, so go here and learn about the candidates. Then on Nov. 8th you can rock the vote!
You can also read "Jersey Beat" Jim Testa's thoughts on the election tomorrow here.
~~~~~~~~~~

I know a lot of people listen to BlowUpRadio.com's webcast at work, which is very cool. I also know a lot of you are jonesin' for the weekend right around 3pm (if not earlier) on Friday. Well I can't make the weekend arrive any sooner, but I have decided to add a special airing of BlowUpRadio.com Live to the webcast, every Friday at 3pm. Now you can get yourself ready for a weekend of cool concerts by hearing some great live rock and roll sets by New Jersey's best artists.

This week BlowUpRadio.com Live features 2 of the 16 artists that will be playing BlowUpRadio.com's 5th anniversary Folk You! marathon this Saturday at SICA. Check out incendiary solo sets from Tony Tedesco and Harvey Brice (form the Harvey Moon Project).

~~~~~~~~~~
And speaking of BlowUpRadio.com's 5th anniversary Folk You! marathon this Saturday at SICA, come out for what is going to be one giant party! 16 great local artists performing, this is an opportunity for the whole local music community to come together, get to know each other, hear some great music, network, and most importantly...HAVE A LOT OF FUN! I've had so much fun doing BlowUpRadio.com for the last 5 years, and I'm looking forward to kicking off the next 5 with this big show.
And check out this amazing line-up!
Did I mention this is a FREE, ALL AGES SHOW? Well I did now. The fun begins at 4:30pm, so show up early and stay late to catch all the fun.
I hear there may even be cake and cookies to help celebrate...
SICA is located at 20 Third Avenue in Long Branch.
Keep on supporting local music! The scene keeps getting stronger!
Peace,
Lazlo
P.S. - Big announcement next week! Even while BlowUpRadio.com is still celebrating the 5th anniversary, we're ready to unveil something really big...
