Lazlo's Corner

Not long ago in this very corner I asked if people had things they wanted to see/hear on our website/station.

Among the responses was one from Mark Parker asking if could do themed shows.

I am happy to announce the first of those shows started broadcasting a few days ago.

Live @ Five now airs everyday @ 5pm ET, playing a full hour of live recordings from New Jersey artists

So tune in, let me know what you think, and if you have ideas for other themed shows let me know.

We still have room if you are interested in being involved with this year's Banding Together benefit webathon for the Spondylitis Association Of America, to air on October 18th-20th.

There are 2 ways to be involved:

1. Looking for musicians to pre-record a 30 minute live audio performance exclusively for broadcast during the benefit. The performance should be predominantly original songs (1-2 covers is okay).

2. We are also looking for previously unreleased original songs (which can include acoustic or live versions of previously released songs, remixes, etc.) for this year's compilation. I ask that all songs be original (no covers) and that they remain exclusive to the compilation until January 1st, 2025.

If you are interested in being involved, or want more info, please contact me.

Thank you!
